May 01, 2023 (MLN): The federal government on Sunday decided to keep the petrol price unchanged at Rs282 per litre for the next fortnightly, according to the announcement made by the Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Ishaq Dar.
However, the prices of Light-Diesel Oil (LDO) and Kerosene have been slashed by Rs10 while the price of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) oil has dropped by Rs5 per litre.
Accordingly, the new prices for petrol, HSD, Kerosene Oil, and LDO for the next fortnightly will stand at RS282, Rs288, Rs176.07, and Rs164.68 per litre, respectively.
The new prices are effective from May 01, 2023.
