Resetting your business pin on Moniepoint is simple and straightforward.



So if you want to reset your pin for whatever reason, do not fret. Simple follow this step by step guide to resetting your pin



1: Launch your Moniepoint Business App 



2: Sign in using your current username and password











3: Select your account











4: Click on the 3 triple bars











5: Click on the setting icon







6: Click on Security







7: Click on Reset Transaction Pin











8: Enter your current pin. Then enter your new desired new pin. Confirm your new pin by entering it again







Once you have entered your old and new pin, the Change Pin Button becomes enabled







9: Click  on Change pin







Once you click Change Pin, an OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number.







10:Enter the OTP sent to you. The OTP is a 6-digit code that is usable within 30seconds of receiving it.











11: Once you enter the code, click on “Submit” button and your pin will be successfully changed.
