The ability to easily manage your contacts while scaling your business is crucial.  EngageBay offers seamless contact management, allowing you to store and organize all of your contacts in one place (with ease). Let’s walk you through our experience (during our six months of testing EngageBay). We added some of our affiliate marketing B2B contacts by clicking the “create new” button. Here’s how a “new contact” card looked from our perspective. With each card, we were able to easily edit and view contact information, add tags, and create custom fields (which our whole team could see) The custom fields were easy to create and customize (shown below), requiring just a few clicks. We created a checkbox that said “follow-up completed,” which helped our team avoid redundant follow-ups (and stay organized). Once our contacts were added and our fields fully customized, here’s how our dashboard looked.  We could also easily customize our contact dashboard to reflect the info our sales team needed (which was awesome). Our takeaway : EngageBay’s contact management is simple, organized, and flexible for SMBs across the board. We didn’t have a single issue with it during our testing. 







Sales Pipeline Management


Managing your pipelines can be a juggling act without the right tools.  Luckily, EngageBay offers powerful pipeline management (that we found incredibly easy to use). We added our affiliate marketing partnerships to our pipeline with just a few clicks and a couple of fields filled out.   Here’s a “new deal” card to give you a better idea.   Within each card, we were able to easily store the following information: Name Description Track Milestone Amount Close date Tags Owner  Contacts associate Talk about comprehensive! We could view every aspect of the customer sales journey from start to finish with EngageBay. Check out our deals pipeline (once we had everything input). The bottom line : We appreciated EngageBay’s visual sales pipeline and found it was easy to use. There was a ton of information available at a glance, and the best part is that this feature is completely free!







Task Management


Managing your daily tasks while running a small business is a must! EngageBay makes this process easy by providing some simple (yet effective) task management capabilities.  Let’s walk you through it.  We started testing this feature by adding some typical onboarding tasks we deal with at Small Business Bonfire.  Here’s how it looked every time we added a new task.  We especially liked the ability to easily assign a priority level to each task and add notes (as things got more complicated). This ensured that our team stayed on track and didn’t miss anything important (which can happen in the blink of an eye). Here’s how our task dashboard looked once everything was added. The bottom line : While this isn’t the most impressive feature that the CRM provides, it’s extremely intuitive and surprisingly powerful!







Email Marketing Campaigns (With Templates)


A great email marketing campaign is like a successful recipe. All you need is the right ingredients and instructions to make it work. EngageBay helps by providing some gorgeous email templates (shown below) that are beginner-friendly! We started with this feature by creating all sorts of campaigns (over a six-month period).  For example, we were able to create an email campaign for the rollout of our newsletter—the Bonfire Field Guide (BFG). The purpose of this campaign was to accomplish the following: Introduce our newsletter Drive traffic back to our site  Provide an additional resource for our Bonfire Nation Follow up after an initial email Provide each issue of our scalable guide Here’s what the first template looked like during the creation process. Once we created the content for our email templates, we could schedule and send off emails left and right! We spent about 30 minutes creating the campaign and saved dozens (if not hundreds) of hours in the process. The final verdict : Creating email campaigns can be daunting without the right tools. EngageBay provides the necessary templates and an intuitive creation process to make this process a walk in the park.  It’s beginner-friendly, offers some great marketing software, and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg! 







Web Form Creation


If you want to capture new leads quickly, you must create effective web forms to convert visitors. This is where EngageBay swoops in to save the day! This CRM software provides simple form creation and customization options (so you can start capturing leads immediately). Here’s how we created a new web form in EngageBay (in under 10 minutes) for our Small Business Bonfire newsletter.
