Activity Tracking


As your business grows, so does your workload of tasks and activities.  Fortunately, Pipedrive helps you keep track of it all with ease .  We tested this feature by scheduling a few activities (on our mobile phone). Here’s how it looked to add an activity. Within each activity card, we could easily add and edit the following info: Type of activity Time & date Notes Associated contacts & organizations Associated deals & leads Location Description Assigned user With this much information at our fingertips, we never had to worry about missing important tasks or meetings.  Plus, we could easily look at our calendar view with our task added (shown below) to avoid any scheduling conflicts. The nitty gritty:  Pipedrive offers an incredibly convenient way to manage your daily activities and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.







Deal Tracking


Managing your deals can be tricky (especially while on the go).  That’s where Pipedrive comes in to save the day.  We tested this feature by adding a few affiliate marketing deals into our pipeline and tracking their progress. Here’s how our pipeline looked with all our deals added to the mobile CRM app.   We liked how simple and streamlined everything was; however, we wished we could have seen a bit more data from our deals (like the timeline stages and associated contacts) easily. Our final thoughts:  Pipedrive offers some of the best pipeline management in the biz; however, their mobile app doesn’t quite do the CRM platform justice.  With that said, the mobile sales CRM app is still powerful enough to help you manage your sales cycle and close more deals across the board . 







Contact Management


Managing contacts is paramount when scaling your business—and Pipedrive understands that.  The mobile CRM allows you to easily access all contact information and even add new ones on the fly. Adding a contact was incredibly simple; all we had to do was input the following fields: Name Organization  Phone number  Email address Website Once our contacts were added, we could easily access and filter them using the “Contacts” tab (shown below) in the mobile app. The interface is clean and straightforward, making it easy to find the information you need at a glance. Our opinion:  Pipedrive offers solid contact management capabilities on its CRM mobile app, making it a top choice for businesses looking to expand their network and maintain strong customer relationships.
