As any job hunter will tell you,  applying for jobs is tedious and demoralizing . Companies that make it more difficult for candidates will get fewer applicants. If you’re flooded with applicants, that seems like a winning idea: Only the truly dedicated will apply.



Making people jump through hoops to prove their loyalty is dumb (why should they show you any commitment when you haven’t even agreed to offer them an interview), and asking them to do real work is even worse and could lead to legal difficulties.


Please do 30 hours of work as part of your application.
