Sapia.ai’s public API empowers businesses to build custom AI tools

Recruitment just got a whole lot smarter. Australian AI leader, Sapia.ai, is shaking things up by opening access to its powerful machine learning models.

Sapia.ai, known for its Smart Interviewer™ platform powered by deep-learning AI, is opening its proprietary machine learning models through a strategic API program. Launching on the AWS Marketplace, this initiative aims to provide companies worldwide with access to Sapia.ai’s AI capabilities, helping them develop workplace-based applications and improve their hiring processes.

The launch of  Sapia.ai ’s API program serves as one of the largest enterprise access launches of an Australian-based AI platform.

Here are the key points:

Sapia.ai is making its machine learning models available through an API program.  This means other companies can integrate Sapia’s technology into their own applications.

The program launches on the AWS Marketplace.  This makes it easy for businesses worldwide to access Sapia’s AI.

Sapia.ai hopes this will accelerate the development of workplace AI tools.  They have a large dataset of questions and answers from past candidates, which can be valuable for building new HR applications.

Sapia.ai sees this as a way to expand their reach.  Businesses can choose to use the API or continue using Sapia’s existing Smart Interviewer platform.

Sapia.ai is known for its ethical approach to AI.  They focus on reducing bias and improving diversity in hiring.

The company is already successful in Australia.  Major companies like Qantas and Woolworths use their technology.

“This move will give Australian organisations and many around the world the head start they need in getting ahead of the AI revolution in developing their own AI solutions,”   Sapai.ai  CEO Barb Hyman  said.

“There is so much our AI technology can already do. It can identify candidate traits and aptitudes and also coach talent on skills they need to improve. But this is only the beginning. We’ve seen what open-access APIs have done for ChatGPT in transforming the way it’s been used by companies. We expect this move will be similarly transformative for organisations already testing the waters with their own AI applications.”

“This offering compliments our existing Smart Interviewer platform. Companies that want to use our existing   AI services to create their own tool will be able to. Otherwise, organisations will still be able to partner with us directly to leverage our Smart Interviewer technology to improve their hiring processes and diversity outcomes in their organisation.”

A pioneer in ethical AI solutions and contributor to the scientific discussion on its use, global brands trust  Sapia.ai  to accelerate and enhance their recruitment and promotion processes. A conversational, Natural Language Processing (NLP) based chat AI interviews, assesses and screens for the best talent at scale via an easy-to-use platform, generating insights for both candidates and hiring teams. Its platform is available for use in over 10 languages, aiming to put all talent — even those who do not speak English as a first language — at ease during the hiring process.

Over 15% of the ASX100, including Qantas and Woolworths, leverage  Sapia.ai ’s technology in their recruitment process. Most of  Sapia.ai ’s ASX100 customers signed on in the past 12 months, highlighting a growing trend of AI adoption among Australia’s corporate leaders. This process also aims to improve diversity outcomes by helping eliminate unconscious bias in candidate screening.  Sapia.ai  recently released new data revealing that chat-based interviews using its technology improve recruitment time and are preferred by women candidates.
