What piece of advice would you give to your younger self?
Invest in yourself, and work on developing valuable skills so you have the freedom to pursue your passions. Your occupation doesn’t have to be your entire identity.
What made you choose to join the WorkTango team?
Having prior experience as a people leader, I instantly saw the value in investing in the employee experience. WorkTango is committed to improving the employee experience, and it seemed like the perfect company for me.

Learning new things! I dislike being stagnant. I love getting to interact with other functions within WorkTango that I didn’t have exposure to before, such as learning more about the technical aspects of our products.
How have you grown since starting at WorkTango?
I’ve done a lot of things that intimidated me at first, but I came out on the other side stronger. I’ve grown more appreciative of the power of doing here at WorkTango.
What’s your favorite productivity hack?
Google tasks and Slacking my colleagues with annoying questions. Joking, joking!
